Privacy
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Fast Day Check-In respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit FastDayCheckIn.com and use its fasting timer, daily check-in, progress-tracking, and related features.
Information stored on your device
Fast Day Check-In currently does not require an account. Information entered into the fasting timer and daily log is stored locally in your browser on the device you use.
This may include:
- Fasting start time, target duration, and completion status
- Fast Day or Eating Day selections
- Optional weight entries
- Mood, energy, and water selections
- Personal notes
- Check-in dates and progress history
This locally stored information is not currently transmitted to or stored in a Fast Day Check-In user-account database. It remains in the browser and on the device where it was entered.
Important limitations of device storage
Your entries may not appear on a different browser or device. Clearing cookies, browser storage, or website data may permanently remove your saved timer and check-in history. Private or incognito browsing may not preserve entries after the session ends.
You may use the CSV export feature to download a personal backup. You are responsible for protecting files exported to your device.

You may also adjust cookie and website-storage controls through your browser. Disabling or deleting browser storage may affect the fasting timer, saved check-ins, and other website features.
How information may be shared
We do not sell the personal entries stored in your local fasting log. We may share limited website, communication, advertising, or analytics information with service providers that help us operate, secure, measure, or monetize the website.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce website terms.
