Fast Day Check-In is a general informational, motivational, and personal tracking tool. It allows users to time fasting periods, record daily check-ins, observe personal trends, and export their own entries.

Fast Day Check-In does not provide medical, nutritional, mental-health, or other professional healthcare advice. Website content, research summaries, timers, progress indicators, and motivational messages are not substitutes for individualized professional care.

Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether fasting is appropriate for you and for monitoring your own health and safety. A timer reaching 100% does not mean that continuing a fast is medically appropriate.
Stop fasting and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms. Do not delay professional care because of information displayed on this website.
No guaranteed results
Results vary. Fast Day Check-In does not guarantee weight loss, improved health, fasting completion, or any particular physical or emotional result. Progress displays are based only on information entered into the browser.
Accuracy of your entries
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Charts, completion rates, streaks, timers, and other visual summaries may be inaccurate if information is incomplete, entered incorrectly, or removed.
Device-based storage
The current version stores timers and check-in entries locally in your browser. Information may be lost if browser storage is cleared, the device is changed, or private browsing is used. Fast Day Check-In is not responsible for the loss of locally stored entries.
The CSV export feature is provided so users may create a personal backup. You are responsible for securing any exported files.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to damage, overload, disable, or disrupt the website
- Attempt to access systems or information without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or misuse website content
- Misrepresent your relationship with Fast Day Check-In
